Personal care offers assistance with the basic activities of daily life, helping your loved one be more independent for longer.
This includes assistance with bathing, getting dressed, meal preparation and much more.
Alzheimer's and dementia care
Our professionally trained caregivers can help ease some of the pressure of providing care for people living with degenerative conditions. At Carswellcare our goal is to improve quality of life and reduce the worries for the whole family.
24-hour home care and live-in care
At Carswellcare, we can provide live-in care for elderly clients or people recovering from illness, whilst in the comfort and safety of their own homes. Our professional carers will be on hand to offer help and support 24 hours a day.
Four simple steps to care
Initial contact
Once we have received your initial enquiry and information, we will have a short five to ten minute call to answer any of your questions and pressing concerns. After which we will set up a time to meet in person.
In-home health care assessment
Completed by Julie or Maria, they will answer any questions you may have and ask some of our own to create your very own customised care plan. The very essence of which is to meet your unique needs. Available for either personal or council payment plans.
Start of care
We will come with our caregiver on the first day of care to go through your care plan with you and to help with introductions.
Continued assessment
We will visit at regular intervals to oversee everything and most importantly to see how things are going. During this time we will determine if we need to adjust your care plan or if you or any of the family need anything else.
